brian morrisonBaltimore-based director Brian Morrison (pictured) is back with a new music video, ladies and gents.

You may remember Morrison from wild and crazy music videos like the one for Lazerbitch's "Coquette" or The Cheaters' "Blow My Mind."

With this new video, for singer/songwriter Michael Butler's "Choptank River Boys," Morrison moved away from the wacky antics of his past couple videos, in favor of a more straightforward approach.

It looks like he spent some time down on the river, getting shots of folks fishing and geese flying, interwoven with shots of Butler strumming his 12-string out on a pier and inside a bar.

Morrison said he shot the video on a Canon 7D camera, which weighs less than five pounds. Here's the video ...

Miley Cyrus Shoots "Edgy" Music Video For New Single "I ... - All Headline News

Los Angeles, CA, United States (AHN) - After releasing her "Last Song" to theaters, Cyrus is getting ready to release her last record, for now at least, before she focuses on acting. The 17-year-old superstar shot the video over the weekend for her new single, titled "I Can't Be Tamed."

The song title is interesting considering Cyrus' past controversies in the media, including her short shorts and stripper pole performance at the Teen Choice Awards and her skin-baring photographs, including those shot by Annie Liebovitz. According to E! News, the "I Can't Be Tamed" continues that edgy route, which will feature Miley in a giant bird cage.

"Imagine 'Party in the USA' on steroids," a source told E!. "It will blow people away."

It likely won't be too edgy, as boyfriend Liam Hemsworth was on the set of the music video shoot at Sony Studios in Culver City, and was also at her side for the wrap party at Chateau Marmont.

But Cyrus does admit that the new sound for her album does have more of an edge. ""It's kind of poppier, but then it still has an edge," she told MTV about her new music. "All of my music kind of has to. I think it's really fun. It's definitely a good summer CD. It's good to blast in your car."

The video for "I Can't Be Tamed" is set to debut in May while her "good summer CD" is scheduled to hit stores in June.

Melanie Fiona's 'Ay Yo' Music Video Premiered - AceShowbiz

The Universal Motown artist raises awareness to help those in need in this newly-debuted music video.

has made public a music video for her single "Ay Yo". She is seen moving into a housing, holding a small charity concert on the roof of the building and asking people to donate money and put it in a basket for one of the residents who can't afford the rental cost.

"Ay Yo" is one of the singles appearing in Melanie Fiona's debut album "The Bridge" which has been in stores since June 2009. It was released as the fourth single and aimed to follow up the previous single "Monday Morning".

Melanie Fiona is currently supporting for Freedom Tour. "It's such an honor to be on a tour with a female artist who has such a similar message in the music and a strength in the message," she said of her participation in the traveling show. She will continue opening for Alicia until June.
